Meet Sanna

About me

I’m Sanna — an ICF‑accredited neurodivergent coach, educator, and multilingual* communicator based in Reykjavík. My work sits at the intersection of neurodiversity, inclusion, and practical workplace wellbeing. I help organizations understand how different brains work, communicate, and thrive, and I translate that knowledge into clear, actionable tools teams can use right away.

With a background in project management, leadership, and multicultural communication, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. I’ve supported neurodivergent adults, immigrant communities, and diverse teams for years, always with a focus on clarity, compassion, and psychological safety.

My approach is warm, science‑informed, and deeply practical. I believe that when workplaces understand neurodiversity, everyone benefits — communication becomes clearer, stress decreases, and people feel safe enough to bring their strengths forward. My goal is to help companies build environments where all kinds of brains can do their best work, sustainably and without burnout.

*My services are offered in English (preferred), with the option to work in Icelandic or German depending on your organization’s needs.
