Masking might be great fun for Halloween… but doing it all day, every day? Not so much.
This gentle, insightful session is all about exploring what’s underneath the mask so many autistic and ADHD women learn to wear as a lifelong survival strategy.
Together, we’ll look at what masking is, why it happens, how it impacts us, why it’s so hard to drop, and what rediscovery can feel like when you finally get to take a breath and explore who you were always meant to be beneath the mask.
*All registered participants will receive the recording after the session, so even if the timing isn’t perfect or something comes up, you won’t miss anything. This webinar is all about helping you:
Understand your masking patterns — where they came from, why they formed, and how they show up today.
1
Reconnect with the parts of yourself that got tucked away for safety, survival, or social ease.
2
Explore gentle unmasking on your terms — without pressure, overwhelm, or losing the strategies that still serve you.
3
Does any of this sound familiar to you?
“I’ve been performing ‘normal’ my whole life. How do I figure out what’s actually me? Where does the mask end and I begin?”
“People think I’m confident and capable, but inside I’m constantly managing the script. It’s exhausting but nobody sees my struggles.”
“If I stop masking, will people think I’ve changed? Or will they finally see the real me? What if they don’t like her?”
Hi, I'm glad you're here!
I’m Sanna. I'm a life coach, AuDHD mom, and founder of Speshal Coaching. My own late‑discovery journey began with my kid, and understanding their neurodivergent brain helped me finally understand mine. That clarity opened a deep desire to create the kind of space I had always needed as a neurodivergent woman and mom.
Today, I support autistic and ADHD women who feel:
overwhelmed
stuck
buried under masking and self‑doubt
My coaching is gentle, validating, and neurodivergent‑affirming. It's a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without explaining your wiring or pretending to be okay.
If you’re craving more clarity, steadiness, and a life that feels more you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
