Your Speshal Journey
Coaching for Indviduals
Speshal Coaching centers autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD women and moms, especially those who are late‑discovered, newly exploring their neurodivergence, or navigating burnout, masking fatigue, or identity shifts.
Many of the people I work with are moving through:
late or recent diagnosis
chronic overwhelm or autistic burnout
sensory load and emotional exhaustion
shifting identity after discovering their neurodivergence
difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
the weight of always being “on”
And while this work is designed with neurodivergent women and moms in mind, everyone is welcome here. This is a safe, compassionate space for people of all identities and lived experiences, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks of all kinds, people with visible and invisible disabilities, and humans of all ages, races, and religions.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis. You don’t need to explain your wiring. You don’t need to perform.
Just come as your own Speshal self.
My Approach
My coaching is rooted in kindness, honesty, empathy, and compassion. These aren’t just words — they’re the way I live and work.
Together, we explore:
Unmasking gently — understanding what’s yours and what was learned for survival
Boundaries that honor your needs — without guilt or apology
Strengths‑based identity — reconnecting with what energizes you
Sustainable pacing — moving at a rhythm that works for your nervous system
Clarity and self‑trust — learning to listen to your own signals again
There’s no pressure to perform. No judgment. No need to justify your experience.
Just spaciousness, support, and sincere connection.

Client Testimonials
“Sanna provided an inclusive and comfortable space for me to speak openly about different areas of life that felt out of alignment. She coached me to dig deeper into my thoughts and assumptions to better understand my true self. As an autistic mom I really appreciated having a coaching experience with someone who I knew could understand these core identities without having to offer extra explanations.”
— Steph, autistic mom of one“Sanna creates a space where it feels safe to be fully honest. As I was navigating a career transition and coming to understand my giftedness as a form of neurodivergence for the first time, she helped me reconnect with my values and what I actually want. She listens closely and asks incisive questions. Her ability to do so comes from a genuine, deep empathy, the kind that can only come from someone who truly understands these experiences from the inside. I recommend her wholeheartedly."
— Renée, gifted adult“Working with Sanna feels like finding a loose end in a bag of tangled yarn — the one that loosens everything up. She listens deeply, gives you tools, and helps you find the thread that's within reach, and — if you are game — a little more. By the end of each session, I have a firm pinch on that yarn — and I know exactly how to keep gently pulling it by myself, because it was my thread to begin with. I never leave a session just 'feeling heard.' I leave holding something that's genuinely mine, empowered to keep unwinding it.”
